  • To prepare weekly and monthly forecasts/plans and implementations of the plans throughout the territory (Sales plans and coordination of the plan in the territory)
  • To Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly target and revenue goals
  • Recruitment of Regional distributors and manage the potential relationship between them and the company as well as distributor's and AGDs & farmers networks
  • Cross-checking the distributor’s account to make sure their deposits have been paid on time and tracking their payment for the products we gave them on credit
  • Managing assigned territories through retail calling to an agreed journey plan, call schedule and designated standards
  • Stabilization of the market link and flow of the products from the company to distributors (primary sales), distributors to Agrodealer and then to final consumers (secondary sales)
  • To ensure the frequently visit and communication with the customers through out the zones in all districts and its towns
  • Management of cash flow through out the market links/flows in a specific terms and conditions proposed by the market channel
  • Reporting to the National manager frequently to ensure the market is known and updated daily, weekly and monthly through out the year
  • Undertake report as per standard for the outlet database , journey plan, call made, activity undertaking of asset management and competitor activity
  • Training and skills development to the Distributors, AGDs & Counter sales and farmers training programs
  • To cooperate with governmental and private organizations in reaching farmers and all agricultural stakeholders (eg. Ministry of Agriculture/extension officers, WFP, FAO,)
  • Preparing workshop and training for mobilization and spreading of the products knowledge to all customers and stakeholders as well as Representing Company to all meeting and workshop prepared by company stakeholders through out the zones as a territory manager
  • Preparation of field day programs, demos plots, merchandising and promotions movements through out the year
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and addressing appropriately
