Managed communications among TAMSA leadership, standing committee, support division, and alumni efficiently. Collaborated with organizations such as PEPFAR, CSSC, THS, MCT, and MAT to create more opportunities for students.

Facilitated cross-cultural collaboration by coordinating student exchanges between Tanzania and Uganda.
Ensured efficient communication through drafting official documents and scheduling meetings with both associations. Crafted letters and emails to support ongoing dialogue with Ugandan medical students.

Strengthened the visibility of TAMSA KCMC, leading to greater participation in both local community health programs, and national-level initiatives. I represented KCMC at national TAMSA conferences, networking with medical students from other universities across Tanzania. Coordinated KCMC student participation in medical outreach programs, community health campaigns, and global health days (like World TB Day and HIV/AIDS awareness). I have personally developed stronger leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills, which I now carry into my medical career.

Organized meetings and prepared agendas for committees and boards to facilitate decision-making. Coordinated KCMC student debate competition, achieving second runner-up position. Oversaw SADC essay competition, leading to one winner from university participation.
