Responsibilities

Head of Compliance:

• Ensuring clients are compliant with regulatory requirements
• Monitoring of billing trends and performance of billing clients

Project/product management:

• Management of existing products, both local and regional
• Review of existing product flows
• Implementation of business strategies and plans
• Development of new products, both local and regional
• Preparing outputs and reporting metrics and project updates
• Supporting existing and new products e.g Lotto, Tipster, Elitebet, Tatu Mzuka, and Sokabet products launched in Tanzania in September 2017
• Identifying and evaluating customers' service needs and recommending product/service offerings to suit their needs
• Carrying out coaching of teams on their respective tasks for better performance
• Conducting training on all local clients on most VAS systems and SMS platforms
• Developing new product flows and upgrading existing ones to improve client performance and end-user experience
• Management of new and existing clients both local and international

Additional Roles:

• Monitoring billing trends and performance of clients
• End-to-end setup and management of VAS systems including and not limited to compliance, for both Kenya and Tanzania
• Management of internal payment platforms and gateways

Technical Assistant:

• Ensuring end-to-end setup of VAS systems on client and network level
• Monitoring of VAS platforms and services
• Training of local clients on VAS systems and platforms

Projects Handled include

• Betyetu Kenya, Elitebet Kenya, Kenya lotto, Tipster Kenya
• Tatu Mzuka Tanzania, Sokabet Tanzania, Tanzania National Lottery

Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of the Dornier 228 series which include (Dornier 228-100, and Dornier 228-200), and the Falcon 10 aircrafts, and not limited to:
• Engine routine and non-routine maintenance
• Airframe routine and non-routine maintenance
• Electrical and Avionic troubleshooting and component replacement
• General workshop processes and practices
