- Lead assigned incidents investigations.
- Collect information on reported incident.

- Share report with the Clinical Quality Lead on incidents completion.

- Assist with the development of Clinics in line with the values of MSI Partnership, and the goals of maximizing access of clients to affordable and high quality sexual reproductive health services.
- Assist in preparation of annual business plan and execution of annual action plans.
- Assist Clinic lead to monitor monthly performance of Clinics and provide Director of Health Services with regular updates.
- Provide guidance to Centre Managers on donor compliance regarding provision of health services where donor funding is involved.
- Assist Centers to follow up on and implement clinical quality action plans.
- Support Centre Managers in day to day activities and facilitate inputs from other departments (Procurement, Logistics, Clinical Quality, HR, Finance, IT and HIM).
- Work closely with the Customer Relations Manager and Center Administrative assistants to reduce low rejection rate among corporate clients and high standards of customer care.
- Conduct centre supportive supervision and provide support to centre managers on site.
- Assist project managers and Centers with data collection, means of verification and quality.
- Assist project managers to implement activities directly related to Centers.
- Ensure all relevant project documents are clearly located both in hard and soft copy.
- Assist project managers in preparation of donor reports
- Work with Research and Project Manager to carry out project evaluations .
