I am a proficient and highly experienced sailor,  I have crossed the Atlantic ocean by sail 3 x times and completed over 25 000 ocean miles.

I am passionate about writing, short stories and poetry.    For personal,  but also I use some content for business, social media etc.   

Fire Dancing is a fun sport for me to relax and unwind from a busy life.

I am a passionate cook,  personally creating and designing all of the dishes on the menus for my hotels.

Travelling is important to me to keep my mind fresh and inspired.
