Role: Senior Business Consultant role, responsible for setting up Accounting & Reporting, Treasury, IFRS9, Analytics/TDL, and Regulatory Reporting.

• Conduct Process, Lead workshops, and walkthroughs of Core and Accounting Modules.
• Gather customization business requirements from the bank and draw up functional specification documents to facilitate system build.
• Liaise with developers and Bank resources from Solution design to Customised solutions delivery.
• User Training, UAT support, issue analysis, resolution, and packaging deployments.

• Engaged to handhold the Bank Team through a T24 upgrade project (R10 to R18) where new modules of AA Lending, AA Retail Accounts AA Deposits were implemented
• Implemented Extended Multi Company and Multi Book set up (Commercial & Micro Finance Lending) Bank only had Multi Company set up previously
• Business Lead for the Data Migration Stream
• Data Mapping, Extraction, transformation, upload and Reconciliations
• Assisted Bank Team to complete TAABS as well as to define Business Requirement and Reporting Documents and Test cases
• Lead Support Consultant new Phase 2 Project modules of Analytics, Customer Profitability, IFRS, FRM, AML, Infinity Internet Banking, Nostro Reconciliation and Financial Inclusion
• Oversee the UAT and Data Migration Mock Run processes
• User Training on AA and other Financial Modules
• Post Go Live issues analysis and resolution including AA Integrity Reports analysis
• Member of PIC and PMB committees

• Engaged after Go Live, to resolve Post Go Live issues on Financial Accounting and Reporting as well as on AA Lending & Retail Modules
• General AA Product maintenance & Support including implementing condition changes and enhancements
• Supported the Bank Team through Phase 2 Implementation of the Insight, AML and Asset & Liability Management Modules
• User Training on Accounting & Reporting and AA Modules to reduce Post Go Live issues

• Successfully implemented T24 in over 16 Sites across Africa
• Joined Temenos as a Business Consultant in 2008 and was promoted to Senior Business Consultant in 2010
• Involved in over 15 system implementations of which 5 sites where special solo assignments undertaken to resolve system issues or to implement additional modules
• Acted as Project Manager on two sites in Ethiopia and Rwanda during the Project Manager’s absence
• Achieved Silver certification level while with Temenos
