• Manages brand / media/ segments through thorough brand analysis and growth strategies
• Keeps up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for brand performance improvement.
• Work with Agencies (Creative, Digital, Media and Events) on inter-departmental initiatives to ensure that execution is aligned with the brand guidelines.
• Plans and develops internal events/ activities such as staff roadshows for new products
• Plans and executes internal and executes internal and external communication strategies and tactics that will improve employee engagement and strengthen the banks brand.
• Ensuring brand consistency and branding guideline adherence at the branches and HQ’s
• Create, maintain, and enhance good relationships with all brand related suppliers.
• Take a lead in supporting and coordinating branch-branding projects.
• Work with the Administration department to source branding and advertising materials
• Ensuring end-to-end timely delivery and proper execution of all brand campaigns.
• Follow up with the Administration and Finance to ensure all brand vendor LPO's are released on time and payments effected on time.
• Plans for internal events(Staff Parties, Product launches).
• Ensures events are carried out in accordance with the banks standards.
• Maintaining a list of all the required materials for the event.

• Writing press releases.
• Maintaining relations with media outlets
• Handling media requests for information
• Plan content and write copy for publications such as product brochures, sales leaflets corporate brochures annual reports for shareholders and newsletters.
• Implementation and evaluation of the bank’s communication program.
