- I come from a family of livestock keepers, and proud to declare that I have been raised by them.
- A year after graduating from the university, an idea for value addition for the livestock was berthed, and so was role as a managing director.
- I remember the difficulties I faced in the early days due to lack of experience in running a business; failure in penetrating the market, poor quality control of processed products, lack in knowledge of what clients need, handling creditors, and tax officials.
- Looking at how far I have come, being able to provide products to four and five star hotels in Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar, in ships, restaurants and homes, how renown our brand is and how efficient our client retention capacity is, I can not but be proud of the team I have built over the years to getting to where we are.
