  • Fire Suppression System Installation, prepare and arrange parts availability to complete Fire suppression system on customer machines as per customer request(AUMS, BARRICK BULY, BARRICK NORTH MARA, SHANTA, GGM)
  • Planning Fire suppression service to customer machines(AUMS, BARRICK BULY, BARRICK NORTH MARA, SHANTA, GGM, CONGO & MADAGASCAR)
  • Handle all field service jobs, receive call from customer, Opening of the job, quotation to customer, arrange for technician to visit customer site, completion of job, and close of job(Invoicing)
  • Components repair and return, receiving component from customer(AUMS, BARRICK BULY, BARRICK NORTH MARA, SHANTA, GGM) Drifters, Transmission, Axles, Torque Converters, Transverter, Upbox, Cylinders, Torque Motor, etc. receive the component, open job, prepare quotation, pictures report, failure report and send to customer, release of parts, planning for component to ba repaired, invoice and send component back to customer
  • Warranty administrator, handling all claims from customer and make sure to submitting to warranty handler personally
  • Keep update of customer reports WIP REPORTS, make sure of daily update and submission of reports to all customer weekly.
  • Handling all outstanding parts report and follow up of parts availability
  • Performing office administrative duties(scanning, posting, email etc.)
  • Prepare and complete timesheets for technicians and submit to payroll and leave data for employee to ensure payroll input is correct every 12th of month
  • Issuing PPE, Consumables and keep all record and documentation for all applicable Sandvik employee
  • Prepare Monthly report(Revenue) Monthly invoice, Field Service, Fire Suppression service and installation, Component repair and return to customer site
