I am currently serving as the Principal IT Analyst at TANZANIA NATIONAL PARKS, overseeing the corporate IT infrastructure section and holding pivotal roles as a member of the TANAPA Corporate Tender Board and Secretary to the corporate ICT Steering Committee, with a distinguished career spanning over 15 years, he has consistently demonstrated a strategic approach to aligning technology with corporate objectives, leading to the enhancement of service provision environments. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENT: Led a team conducted Business Process Reengineering, and automation of the TANAPA revenue collection process (online revenue collection portal of over TZS 300 billion annum, with over 800 active subscribers). Successfully deployed of corporate Private Virtual MPLS network of over 120 remote branch sites, on Dynamic routing protocol and to fail-over architecture. Deployment of a central corporate Hot Data Disaster Recovery Site for data redundancy. Development of IT Governance structure, compliant with Policies, Manuals, and guidelines to adhere to the best operation standards framework which is strategically aligned with the objective. Successfully designed, developed and maintained management information systems infrastructure of over 3600 users, Telecom Towers; Solar Power systems; Fiber and varieties of hardware equipment.
