With over 10 years of experience across industries such as oil and gas, telecommunications, logistics, and security management, she has a proven track record of strategic leadership and business success.
Currently, as the Country General Manager for G4S Tanzania, she drives policies, long-term strategies, and organic growth while ensuring stakeholder engagement, compliance, and sustainable profitability.
Imelda's commitment to women's empowerment is evident through her role as the first Ambassador for Women Entrepreneurship Day Organization (WEDO) for Tanzania and her current position as Regional Ambassador for Eastern Africa. Her accolades include the Top 50 Women in Management Africa (WIMA) and Woman Leadership East Africa Award. Her leadership skills were further recognized when she earned the first runner-up position in the CEO of the Year category at the TOP 100 Executive Awards in Tanzania in 2023.
