I am a social scientist and a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) expert with more than 4 years of experience in designing M&E Systems and data analysis for generating evidence-based results for programming. I started off my M&E career with Life and Hope Rehabilitation Organization (LHRO), Bagamoyo Sober House, where I worked as a Project Staff in Implementing Harm Reduction Projects to People Who Use/Inject Drugs (PWUID). I am adept in the use of data analysis tools such as Advanced Microsoft Excel, Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) and Maximum Qualitative Data Analysis (MAXQDA). I am also skilled in Result Based M&E system development (Strategic Plans, Project Implementation Plans (PIP), M&E Frameworks, Performance Measurement Frameworks (PMF), M&E Plans, Performance Indicators Reference Sheets (PIRS), Database Management, Tools Development and Knowledge Translation for Policy Change, Advocacy and Use of Findings/Data from Monitoring, Evaluation and Research. In additional, I am adept in District Health Information System version 2 (DHIS2) frameworks reporting systems (Infolink, DATIM and DHIS2 Tracker); CTC2 Analytics and CTC2 Database; Quantum Geographical Information System (QGIS) for Spatial Analysis; and data cleaning using MS Power Query. I possess a Bachelor of Education in Arts (Hons.) in Linguistics and Literature in English from The University of Dodoma, a certificate in Planning for Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Philanthropy and currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Monitoring and Evaluation (MA M&E) from The Open University of Tanzania.
