Playing tennis have became my hobby where it providing both physical exercise and mental relaxation. I became interested in tennis during my teenage years, inspired by watching major tournaments. To develop my skills, I took beginner lessons at a local tennis club, learning fundamental techniques .
Playing tennis has improved my cardiovascular fitness, agility, and overall strength. It has also taught me focus, adaptability, and quick thinking.
