- Achievements:

- I have been preparing Detail planning of planned preventive maintenance (PM) and Shutdown activities are done accordingly.
- I have been involved in various investigation of failure analysis such as reclaimer u scraper failure and roller tire failure analysis, kiln shell deformation and crusher grate bars failure analysis.
- Implemented modifications to raw mill hopper, reducing manpower needs for maintenance across shifts and minimizing downtime from cleaning-related breakdowns.
Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent
6 Years- Manage the activities of all routine and AD HOC Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), Predictive (PdM) and Precision Maintenance on all critical equipment.
- Manage the activities of maintaining data in the Preventive Maintenance System (PMMS) and various CBM, PdM and preventive maintenance technique database.
- Ensure the availability of the precision maintenance measurement tools and required measurement skills are available.
- Ensure that all measurement campaign is set up correctly in the PMMS, CMMS and various CBM, PdM and Precision maintenance systems.
- Ensure Precision data collection is done using advanced portable data collector’s tools and analysis and diagnosis on the condition and failure mechanism of equipments is done.
- Follow up spares availability by initiating requirements and follow up delivery in collaboration with procurement team.
- Actively participate in reliability improvements programs such as CAPEX projects.
- Achievements:
- All Condition Based Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance and Precision Maintenance were done as per procedure.
- New tools for data collection and precision maintenance such as Data Logger and Lase Alignment tools were purchased.
- Two technicians were sent for CAT 2 training and certified to do SPM analysis which helped to breach the contract with third party company to do analysis.
- Condition Based Maintenance for various equipments such as bucket elevators, belt conveyors, ball mills and vertical mills and crushers were set and helped to know the condition of equipments, when spares are required to be ordered and when new spares need to be installed.
- Delivery of critical spares as per requirements.
- Many equipments were overhauled and improved overall equipments efficiency (OEE) by preparing various CAPEX projects and supervised execution such as bucket elevators overhaul, vertical and ball mills internals overhaul and cement mill #2 gear box overhaul.
Head of Mechanical Maintenance
3 Years- Support the Maintenance Manager to plan and manage all mechanical Maintenance activities.
- Investigate process problems and make recommendations on changes to process operating procedures.
- Coordinate and assign all mechanical activities to mechanical team.
- Ensure all preventive maintenance routine (PMR) are done effectively and feedback on planning meetings.

- Assign fitters/welders PMR inspections and maintenance execution activities.
- Organize works for artisans to complete scheduled tasks, modifications and repair works timely and to high standards.
