Accomplishments

  • Paperless by automating MT (Message Type) 202 for unapplied outgoing TISS/SWIFT done to other banks for the Self-Service channel, which is Internet banking and NMB Mkononi whereby (Live Implementation done by end of September 2025) monitoring its performance before automating all the remaining transactions which are done over the counter this being Phase III it is on progress.
  • Zendesk System usage, which creates tickets for outgoing/Incoming EFT and TISS/SWIFT transactions which are queried for easy tracking and makes close follow-up with stakeholders, which started Quarter2 2025.
  • Helped the Bank to save USD 430,000 equivalent TZS 1.1Billion being Fund transfer of amount wrongly sent instead of USD 43,000 to EMIRATES BANK Dubai in 01/2025.
  • TZS 1,043,961,048.00 of EFT payment transactions which were wrongly paid to other banks multiple times as dated 06/21/17 and 06/22/17.
  • Manage to reconcile EFT account numbers 105010006 and 105010005 (Payable and Receivable) and CHEQUE account numbers 105010011 and 105010004 (Consolidated Cheques for Outward and incoming Clearing) of TZS and USD which had not been reconciled before by Branch Operations and Control and Finance Team since beginning of TACH in 2015 and be able to identify all transactions and which were handed over to Finance Department.
  • Being a member of NMB Women Arise, I gave an idea to organize the Women Arise First exhibition done in 2016 at HQ Canteen for the selected qualified groups of women from society who sell traditional things and share part of profit as CSR at Ocean Road Cancer Hospital.
