Logistics Intern

  • Reviewed shipment documentation, created Transit Orders (TOs), and monitored shipment collection from MLC and vendors, ensuring accuracy of TO dates and recording of collections.
  • Issue and acknowledge custody and care documents including CCT1, CCT2 & CCT3 and TCCC1 & TCCC2, and maintain custody records.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up ITX applications with relevant authorities until approval is received.
  • Prepare and follow up C12 clearance applications (TRA) and liaise with customs agents until approval.
  • Monitor customs clearance progress, coordinate inspections where required, and support issuance of Final Delivery Confirmation (FDC) upon clearance.
  • Tracked shipment arrivals (ETA/ATA), updated logistics workflow and trackers, and identified discrepancies or missing events for timely resolution.
  • Follow up cleared shipments for transportation to final delivery sites and coordinate with transport planners and site teams.
  • Drafted and submitted CWR application letters and other waiver/exception letters to authorities.
  • Maintained and updated daily/weekly trackers (LOGDASH inputs, container status, CRO progress, truck loading) to support generation of logistics summaries for management.
