My name is Herman B Massepo a Bachelor Degree holder based in Insurance and risk management at the Institute of Finance Management (IFM).
As a proffesional, i have several skills that i am capable to work on including marketing and sales, branding and advertisements, communication and problem solving and project management.
Due to several skills i have, made me to work with several companies, NGOs and Agencies. Including Edsen Insurance Agency, Assemble Insurance Company, Carl Pro Enterprises and Mwamnyeto Foundation.

Handled financial accounts of the foundation and responded controlled all the
financial transcations and the activities of the foundation
Worked to address all management and financial concerns in a timely and effective
manner.
Handled large volume of calls on a day to day basis with a sense of calm and good
work ethic.
Worked to understand the needs of each society and each group of the needy.
Led and Managed different foundation Charity Events that were conducted in two
different regions, Tanga and Morogoro as a financial manager, general manager and treasurer
have been selling insurance policies to individuals, businesses, and other
organizations. Since 2019 with various insurance companies but now I am working
with ASSEMBLE INSURANCE COMPANY. Among the duties and
responsibilities are:
Identifying potential clients and generate leads through various marketing strategies.
Explaining insurance policies to the clients, including the coverage limits, deductibles,
and exclusions.
Analyzing client needs and recommend policies that are appropriate for their specific
circumstances.
Negotiate with clients to close the sale and complete the necessary paperwork to
ensure that the client is enrolled in the policy.
Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the policy
and are aware of any updates or changes to their coverage.
Meeting sales targets set by the insurance company and generate revenue for the
organization.
Staying updated with industry trends and be aware of the various products and services
offered by the insurance company.
Also I have insurance consultancy platform which based on providing the insurance education and advice for all insurance and non Insurance clients
Designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts
and adjust existing ones.
Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking and cold calling.
Appraising the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and selling the
suitable protection plans.
Proactively monitor emerging trends within the insurance and marketing industry, flagging
relevant reports to managers, as needed.
