I, Hassan Mussa Makame, was born in Feb 1994 at Mahonda Mkateleni. I started my primary and secondary education at Mahonda (2000-2010) and then advanced to Lumumba Secondary School (2010-2013) and my first and second degrees at the National Institute of Transport. In 2019 I got a job at the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications, and Transportation in Zanzibar at the Department of Communication and then transferred to the Zanzibar Roads Agency (ZANROADS). At ZANROADS I spearheaded teams to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency, leveraging my expertise in strategic planning and relationship building. Achieved significant cost savings and improved team morale through innovative leadership and engineering solutions, demonstrating exceptional decision-making and people management skills. Encouraging manager and analytical problem-solver with talents for team building, leading, and motivating, as well as excellent customer relations aptitude and relationship-building skills. Proficient in using independent decision-making skills and sound judgment to positively impact company success. Dedicated to applying training, monitoring, and morale-building abilities to enhance employee engagement and boost performance. Collaborative leader partners with coworkers to promote engaged, empowering work culture.
