- FOD check, 360 Walk around check, Headset communication on arrival and before departure. Ensure all staffs on duty wear PPE's, ensure no Mishandled baggage and red baggage, un- manifested passenger, and assure 100% compliance of W/B
- Supervise baggage handling by using BRS baggage reconciliation system in BMA which helps in reducing baggage mishandling, increases on time departure and increases efficiency in baggage operations. Using world tracer system for of Baggage Tracing and Claims Handling
- Post flight, ensure all relevant messages LDM, CPM, UCM, Aircraft arrival and departure movements messages are generated and dispatched within acceptable and agreed time frames and that flight files are compiled, documents verified, files closed and sent across to storage
