  • To maintain of records of HR department like Staff records/files, staff leaves record, all internal and external trainings, accounting for training expenses within external training budget. and other staff record, annual appraisal records and other records related to employees of Bank and updating of the same.
  • To ensure implementation of Bank’s policies related to HR department like Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Human Resource Management Policy and others.
