  • On the CSR-To manage an orphanage centre-Moyo wa Huruma
  • Process their quarterly budget and arrange Christmas function for them, procure chrismast clothes and Christmas gifts on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Taking on some of the director's responsibilities and working closely with the management

Process Plant Technical Assistant

  • Drafts memorandums/email messages for the signature of the Process Plant Manager to the Process plant staff informing them about the forthcoming events that are related to the department
  • Maintains an up to date filling system for the Process Plant Manager and update information of all employees in the Process plant

  • Act as interface between wireless team, Support, Network Operating Center (NOC), and Logistic on matter needing their attention

  • Liaise with engineers to understand their travelling schedule and according prepares the imprest for them, and makes sure imprest is submitted to the Accounts department 2 days prior the travelling date
