Evaluating the effectiveness of all the OPRPs involved in production processes through microbiological analyses.
Analysis of all the raw materials involved in production (including all the ingredients, packaging materials and equipments) in-process products, final products and environmental monitoring.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports involving all the analyses conducted and report them directly to the Department Head.
Validation of all processes before put into actions.
Quality control (Routine check) of all the physical and chemical parameters of the beverages (both CSDs and Non-CSDs), syrups and other ingredients upon receiving.
