• Managing all harvesting operations to ensure the Packhouse receives the correct product at the right time.
• Design and implement a system of weekly yield tracking and forecasting for each crop, and keep the Packhouse fully informed about changes to projected availability.

Production system improvements and Soil fertility Management.
