  • Perform HR tasks, including recruitment, training, staff arrangement and assignments, wages, salaries, and working policies for employees. Manage, guide, assign, check, and supervise staff in the department in the process of implementing assigned tasks.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as arranging human resources for the management of tools, devices, equipment at offices and buildings of the branch: ensure all working conditions, office requisites, internet, intranet, user support network, video conference, and telephone. Electricity and water supply in the branch are in accordance with the specified norm. Also manage the use, maintenance, and repair of means of transport, and work with OSHA and FIRE authorities to ensure we comply with their regulations.
  • To review the monthly assigned target with the Branch Director and set a budget to request money from HQ through the ERP system, then assign the budget to responsible personnel/expenses, and at the end of the month, make clearance with the Finance Department following TRA regulations.
  • Define key targets and tasks, and assign units to implement. Then, after making a plan for the whole branch and planning for the department (weekly, monthly), summarize, analyze, assess, and make a report on the issues pertaining to the targets of the branch and department, and then submit it to the Director for timely direction.
  • Perform warehouse tasks like managing the store for goods (vouchers, SIM cards, accessories like phones, routers, and other IPLL materials) and distribute them to partners and staff on a daily basis.
