A highly motivated and results-oriented Bachelor’s graduate in Land Management with practical exposure to land administration, land management, field research, project activities, and community engagement. Experienced through academic fieldwork and project-based activities, including exposure to ARV-related office and project operations in Morogoro from 2023–2025. Strong knowledge of land-use planning, land records, land allocation, field data collection, research, report writing, and stakeholder engagement. Successfully completed a bachelor’s research project on the effectiveness of Village Councils in managing village land, demonstrating strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and research skills. Eager to contribute to an organization while building a successful professional career in land management, property, planning, and development.

- Land Project Office in Morogoro Municiple Council. Assisted in administering certificates of right of occupancy for ownership of land after project sales.
