  • Has drafted various employment manuals and codes of conduct, Human Resources Policy, Health & Safety Policy, Travel Policy, Car Policy, Computer and Internet policy.

  • Involved in complex Banking and recovery disputes on behalf of Commercial banks such as NMB Bank Plc, Equity Bank, Bank of Africa, Diamond Trust Bank, NBC Bank, Tanzania Women Bank Plc and Tanzania Investment Bank (TIB).

  • Involved in advisory services on the validity and enforcement of security documents in relation to numerous multi-billion loan transactions for Tanzanian financial institutions including Bank of Africa, Tanzania Women Bank Plc and Equity Bank.

  • Involved in complex multi-billion commercial arbitrations local and foreign such as MTN Rwanda S.A.R.L, Vehicle and Equipment Leasing (T) Limited, registration of foreign awards including the recently one for Kempinski Hotels Ltd.

  • Involved in trademarks and copyright registration, protection and franchising for Tanzania Breweries Limited, Citizen Radio & TV and Karlito’s Way Limited (Samaki Samaki)

  • Involved in advising Excellent com (T) Ltd (HiTS) on aspects surrounding IT and telecommunication sector including license, compliance, interconnection and access, equipment and infrastructure sharing agreements, national and international roaming arrangements, spectrum issues, fair competition law, leases, site acquisition, building permits and environmental law

  • Involved in providing legal support to telecommunication companies such as Excellent com (T) Ltd (HiTS) in respect of marketing and sale of products, distribution, sponsorship deals, warehousing, co-marketing and co-promotion.

  • Acted for and represented Dangote Mines Tanzania Limited in its litigation matters.

  • Acted for Insurance companies such as Jubilee Insurance (T) Limited, Royal Insurance (T) Limited).

  • Advised mining companies including Geological Drilling Company Limited and Magambazi Mines Company Limited with respect to their sectoral, industry, policy and legislative requirements, securing licences thereto with various regulatory bodies such as Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (BRELA), Contractors Registration Board (CRB), Ministry of Energy and Minerals, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Municipal Authorities, Registrations, Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and acting as Company Secretary in Board Meetings.

  • Registers of members, directors, shares, preparing share certificates, advising on transfers of shares and structure of shareholding and carrying out company secretarial services.

  • Acted in court for Oil import and distribution companies such as Tanganyika Investment Oil & Transport Company Limited (TIOT), Gapco (T) Limited, Lake Oil (T) Ltd & Sanyou Service Station
