  • Successfully led a team of 24 staff in the planning, implementing and Monitoring of Social behaviour Change and Gender activities across the six regions with a focus on HIV/TB integrated approaches. A key focus was on adolescent youth 15-24 and men and women.
  • Our project has led to the development of evidence-based individual and social behaviour change approaches that have significantly improved the uptake of integrated HIV/TB interventions among targeted groups, thereby demonstrating the value of our stakeholders' investment.
  • Conducted day-to-day follow-ups on implementing program activities, including follow-ups on budgets, work plan deliverables, contractor management, and financial management.
  • Successfully Managed the engagement of key government stakeholders and national (MOH, PO- RALG) and regional level (R/CHMTs) to ensure that there is a collaborative relation and buy in our program activities and that they are actively engaged in the program activities such as during the planning, monitoring and supervisions as well as program reviews.
  • Ensured innovative activities were conducted through regionalised approaches, adapted to the national-level SBC campaigns such as the SITETEREKI youth platforms and the Furaha Yangu campaign to the regional context, where local campaigns were designed for relevance to reach youth and men with information and services.
