- Actively maintained good relations between Sikika and government institutions such as the PO-RALG, MoFP, NAOT and the National Parliament as well as other partner organizations available in Dodoma.
- Attended an on-job training on how to incorporate gender issues on to PFM activities.
- Successfully implemented a study on Drivers of Voluntary Tax Compliance at the Local Government Level.
