Automation of Business Processes: Through strategic implementation of ICT solutions, we achieved a 95% automation of business processes within PSSSF. This has significantly improved efficiency and reduced manual errors.
Paperless Office: We successfully transitioned to a paperless office environment, reducing the reliance on physical documents, and promoting a more sustainable and efficient work culture.
Operationalization of PSSSF Offices: We successfully established a secure and stable ICT infrastructure in all PSSSF offices, including regional offices nationwide. This has enabled seamless communication and data sharing among different branches.
Centralized ICT Services: By implementing a centralized ICT system, we have ensured that all PSSSF offices have access to the same ICT services. This has improved collaboration and transparency in service delivery to our members and pensioners.
Member and Pensioner Services: Through the implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, we enhanced services to our members and pensioners. They can now access services at any office, promoting transparency and convenience.
PSSSF Kiganjani Mobile App: We developed a mobile app called PSSSF Kiganjani, which allows members to view their contribution statements and membership details. Pensioners can also view their monthly statements and verify themselves, without the need to travel to PSSSF offices.
Online Registration and Claim Submission: Our online portal allows members to register online and retirees to submit their claims digitally. They can also track the status of their claims, providing them with a more streamlined and convenient experience.
Employer Portal: We implemented an employer portal that enables employers to remit contributions online using control numbers through the GePG Portal. This has simplified the contribution process and empowered employers to do self-reconciliation.
