- To ensure that each PAH's representative is well-trained,motivated and monitored to produce well established and optimum crop yields according to the prevailing climatic conditions.
- Train PAHs on 6 CFU modules throughout the cropping season.
- Providing extension and advisory services to PAHs all the time including but not limited to timely and proper land preparation;timely and proper planting;timely and proper fertiization;timely;proper;safe and effective weed management;timely and effective pests and diseases management;timely and proper harvest and proper storage of produce.
- To identify sutable participants and land for demonstration plots within my area of operation.
- To work with host farmers of demonstration plots and nearby members of PAHs to conduct land preparation -bush clearing,minimum-tillage basins,tractor ripping,ox ripping according to demonstration plot host farmer preference,non-selective herbicide spraying (glyphosate), basal fertilizer application,planting,gap filling,ongoing weed control,pests and diseases control,top-dressing application of fertilizers,harvesting and post-harvest handling of produce and marketing of produce.
- To use demonstration plots for refresher training of PAHs on CFU training modules.
- To provide daily reports to Zonal Coordinator an activities,including traveling.
- To ensure HSE plan is effectively implemented all the time at field level
- To provide HSE induction to service providers including local laborers.
