A multi-talented Leader/Manager that is successful at taking on diverse project tasks to accomplish tight deadlines. Analytical person with excellent communication, planning, budgeting, M&E skills, and team player. Attentive to details, organized and dependable candidate with high knowledge and application of sustainable agriculture, climate change and IFC social performance standards. I possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and networking skills, complemented by a solid foundation in project management, inclusive market systems approach, and monitoring and evaluation. My proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, along with my strong presentation and ability to deliver results at the highest standards. Presently I’m an employee at Tembo Nickel based in the Rulenge Project site where i works as a Community Relations Lead responsible for Community Development, Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Impact Mitigation. Facilitating dialogues, partnerships, and synergies; collaborating with farmers groups, input suppliers, processors, and other value chain actors. I have practical knowledge of social risks and safeguards, Human Rights, and global standards as well as Solid knowledge of conservation, climate change, land tenure and governance, and sustainable development policy issues
