**Job Title: HSEQ Manager**

**Overview:**
As an HSEQ Manager, you will support various projects to ensure compliance with the Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management systems. You will report to the Head of HSEQ for your area and assist site teams and managers through inspections by identifying hazards, minimizing risks, and enhancing health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. You will also champion HSEQ initiatives in the region while ensuring adherence to legislation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Promote Occupational Health and Wellbeing**

- Produce monthly regional HSEQ statistics, identify trends, and initiate proactive measures.
- Line manage and mentor HSEQ Advisors to promote their professional development.
- Support site teams in implementing our "Be Right First Time" initiatives and monitoring our quality control processes defined by the HSEQ Systems & Audit Manager.

3. **Collaboration and Client Support**
- Provide client support for your designated region.
- Attend Client HSEQ Forums as required, sharing lessons learned and best practices.
- Develop collaborative relationships with Client HSEQ Management.

4. **HSEQ Communications and Statistics**
- Contribute to company-level HSEQ communications and implement them at the regional level.
- Produce and disseminate HSEQ alerts following incidents or poor-quality standards to promote learning, prevention, and continual improvement.
- Support the Head of HSEQ for your area in maintaining monthly HSE performance statistics as requested.
- Deliver awareness training and lead site stand-down meetings.

5. **Accident/Incident Investigations**
- Assist HSEQ Advisors in completing investigation reviews for HSE incidents.
- Keep local and corporate management informed about the status of investigations.
- Identify root causes and support the production of HSE alerts as necessary.
- Act as an independent investigator in other areas of the business under the direction of the HSEQ Director.

6. **HSEQ Monitoring**
- Conduct regular visits to support your Advisory Team within your area of control.
- Perform detailed HSEQ inspections monthly, with targets agreed upon with the Head of HSEQ or the HSEQ Director.
- Serve as a role model for HSEQ in your area.
- Monitor HSEQ Advisor inspections and ensure timely closure of findings.
- Agree on monthly inspection targets with Advisors and monitor compliance.

7. **Facilities Management at Company Premises**
- Provide management support to Facilities Managers at regional company premises regarding HSE-related issues and requirements.
- Monitor HSE standards at regional company premises to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
