In my current position as an I & C-Service Engineer at Alligator Automation, I have been fortunate to work in a dynamic role that involves service delivery and project execution.

As an I & C Service Engineer, my primary responsibility revolves around the execution of the project and ensuring the smooth functioning and optimal performance of automation systems deployed by Alligator Automation.

This entails Robotics, Project Planning and Coordination, Installation and Commissioning, Client Relationship Management, Troubleshooting and Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, DPR, PQ, OQ, IQ, WMS, and HIRA.

Products: Robotic Pelletizer, D-Pelletizer, Automatic Bag, Pouch, & Case Packaging Solution, Conveyors, Automatic Truck Loading System, Robotic & High-Level Palletizing, etc.

• Clients: HUL, JK Group, CEAT, HMEL, Aditya Birla, Parle Agro, JSW, etc.

Company Overview: NIDO Group is a manufacturer, system integrator, and solutions provider focusing on intralogistics mechanization and automation solutions.

I collaborate with the project team to grasp the precise requirements for warehouse automation. This involves analyzing technical specifications, drawings, and plans to pinpoint installation needs accurately. In site assessments, I evaluate the warehouse infrastructure, layout, and potential challenges that might affect the installation process. Working alongside the project manager, I allocate resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials, developing a detailed schedule with critical milestones and dependencies in mind.

• During the installation phase, I coordinate with vendors for the timely delivery of automation equipment, verify their accuracy, and prepare the necessary tools.
• I lead the installation team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards, while providing guidance and support to resolve technical issues.
• Testing and commissioning, for seamless integration, assisting in software setup, and conducting testing to ensure proper functionality.
• During the commissioning phase, I conduct thorough system testing, address any identified issues, and provide training to warehouse staff.
• Post-installation, I offer ongoing support to the client, addressing any concerns promptly, and documenting lessons learned for future projects.
