• · Conduct Quality Assessment through Intensive Site Monitoring across USAID/PEPFAR supported facilities implementing TB/HIV projects aiming at improving clinical care, patient safety and health care operations.
• · Perform monitoring of key performance indicators through data review and analyzing data, identifying gaps performing route cause analysis come up with recommendations for improvement of clinical care

• · The main activity was to perform QI assessment and monitoring of key priority health indicators in HIV/AIDS and TB and use of information for program management across USAID funded facilities.
