- Work the supportive supervision with RHMT/CHMT/IPs on community KVP implementation services to see progress to target, best practices, challenges and lesson learnt.
- Support health care workers to conduct post-test and pre-ART counselling with HIV positive clients, and help facilitate partner notification and index testing.
- Supported and mentored peer outreach volunteers during outreach sessions, achieving 100% enrollment of newly diagnosed clients into linkage case management services and ensured comprehensive follow-up for HIV positive clients, including tracking missed appointments and loss to follow-up.
- Liaise with health facility staff to ensure HIV positive clients identified in the community and linked to facility are appropriately followed up and retained in care.

- Up to October 2021 we have ensured 100% clients are linked to LCM services and 85% retained to care. Ensured 100% linkage & ART initiation to newly diagnosed clients. Introduced community ART refill in Uvinza District. 95% clients traced, 70% of LTF returned to care and 50% of never refill clients reconfirmed and returned to care. All clients eligible for HVL sample collected and received their results.
- Up to October 2022 I managed to surpass the given GBV target, ensuring all GBV survivors received minimum package as per guideline and all sexual violence survivors who reported within 72hrs after rape were screened and received PEP. and succeeded on timely monthly update of data into government DHIS2.
- BY December 2022, I managed to reach 58% of KP_PREV(PWID) via MAT clinic outreaches, reduced number of defaulters from 17 clients to 12 clients, improved new MAT clients enrollment from 3 to 9 clients per month.
