Crew Communication: Effectively communicating with the team, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient workflow across the farm.

Physical Labor & Manual Handling: Performing tasks requiring frequent stooping and repetitive movements; consistently lifting and moving materials over 60 lbs to support ongoing projects.

Greenhouse Installation & Maintenance: Assisted in the installation and ongoing maintenance of greenhouses to support crop growth and ensure optimal environmental conditions for farming.

Land Survey & Farm Layout/Design: Assisting in the land survey and designing of farm layouts for better utilization of area and efficiency in irrigation.

Water Pump Installation: Supporting the installation of water pumps to ensure adequate water supply to the farming areas efficiently

Pressurized System Design & Installation: Designing and installing pressurized systems, including drip irrigation and sprinkler systems, to enhance water distribution efficiency on the farm.

Preparation of Bills of Quantities & Drawings: Assisting in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and technical drawings for farm construction projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation and design specifications.
