- LATRA Coordinator for implementation of LATRA component for Dodoma Integrated Sustainable Transport Project (DIST)
- Managed project preparation for Dodoma Integrated and Sustainable Transport Project (DIST), a World Bank funded project aiming at improving public transport services.
- Represent the Director General in the region including attending meetings and regional activities which demand representation of the Authority ,
- Implement the Authority’s strategic and operational activities at regional level including administration of the regional office,
- Manage revenue collections and expenditure operations of the region,
- Engage and work closely with all stakeholders including Local Government Authorities on matters related to regulated services,
- Issue and renew licences to regulated service providers ,
- Monitor Safety, tracking of vehicles, standards, quality, electronic ticketing and fares for commercial vehicles,
- Establish and implement an annual program for consultation with stakeholders in the region,
- Submit periodic reports to Director General on performance of regulated services in the region,
- Conduct road side inspection for the purpose of monitoring and enforcing service provider’s compliance with regulated service providers ,
- Protect and preserve the environment against pollution caused by commercial vehicles and actions of service providers and consumers,
- Administered complaint handling procedures for service provider and consumers of regulated services.
- On 2023 managed seamless relocation of Daladala terminals from Sabasaba to Machinga Complex to support business launch for Machinga Market.
