I started working as LDS Engineer though currently am acting as power distribution and generation engineer from January 2024 up to date whereby I had the working skill as per below

• Successfully managed multiple projects such as battery shear charging system simultaneously by setting clear goals, prioritizing tasks, and monitoring progress more over on this project I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges
• Proposed electrical product and system modifications to improve quality and efficiency for electrical maintenances for irrigation system.
• Planning and execution job request that was raised on electrical section by evaluating electrical installations and systems to isolate faults and implement corrective actions..
• Preparation of the BOQ by resource allocation to forecast budget requirements and monitor adherence.
• Preparing the proposals of the project

During the time I worked as Lightning detection system engineer, the below were the working skill that I have experienced with:

• Overseeing LDS operation all over the company at Njombe and Mufindi with their control station
• Assuring safety towards the company policy in assets and employees. I managed different project such as installation of audible siren,improvement of earthing in building, evacuation shed and masts.
• Calibration and repair of LDS equipment annually.

• Checked technical designs and drawings for adherence to standards.
• Recorded daily events and activities in site diary to evaluate process and improve productivity.
• Oversaw quality control and health and safety matters for construction teams.
• Enhanced site safety by conducting regular inspections and enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Reduced material waste through accurate estimation, procurement, and usage tracking of required resources.
• Ordered and tracked delivery of construction materials and supplies from vendors.
• Created work schedules and adjusted as needed to meet project deadlines and keep shifts properly staffed.

• Collaborated with senior engineers on complex projects such as construction the substation of 132/33kV.assembling of transformers, installation of switch gears. Testing of electrical equipment such as circuit breakers, metering unit, transformers. Maintenance of flashed cables
• Participated in safety training sessions, ensuring adherence to company regulations and minimizing workplace accidents.
• Completed project documentation, updated and distributed to appropriate project personnel.

• Traveled to job sites with senior personnel to aid in inspections and maintenance of flashed cables.
