  Managing the CVX light vehicle fleet I have experience at coordinating maintenance repairs licensing and insurance schedules with my own trucks light vehicles and machinery with previous business and prepared to learn systems required
  Prepare reports for management. I prepared marketing and buyer feedback reports for every client weekly through my real estate career and have found setting up templates covering data and individual buyer feedback an efficient way of maintaining timely reports Im open to learning company systems
  Develop and update industry knowledge.Im used to doing Compulsory Proffessional Development courses required to achieve a points tally to maintain my license every year in real estate as well as construction inductions for every company and Gov. agency while using my construction skills.
  Strong communication skills Excellent communication with people of all walks of life have been required throughout my real estate career

  Experience in similar role. As you can see from my resume I have not worked in this exact role before but I believe my experience in other industries will flow into this role sufficiently to meet requirements
