• Provided technical oversight to 14 health and HIV officers in the design and implementation of key components of the program, ensuring adherence to global standards in HIV service delivery programs, especially pediatric HIV services.
• Collaborated with other implementing partners, regional, and council health management teams in reviewing and refining IPC tools and guidelines, ensuring they effectively address the challenges posed by TB and HIV.
• Conducted supportive supervision in collaboration with clinical IP to inspect service provision at CTCs and TB clinics, and ensure compliance with the IPC national standards and guidelines.
• Provided technical assistance for HIV care, treatment, and support for key populations across the pediatric clinical cascade by ensuring innovative, evidence-based programming, and developing approaches to address positive health, dignity, and prevention for key populations of PLHIV.
• Collaborating with M&E officers across seven regions to ensure all bi-directional referral data are accurate and produced weekly, and using data for decision-making.

• Ensure that appropriate technical interventions and strategies are incorporated into work plans and reports, including innovative approaches to fight HIV/AIDS.

• Planned and coordinated quarterly performance review meetings with the Reginal and Council Health Management Team regarding HIV and health-related activities and facilitating cross-learning among regional and council IPC focal points to share experience and improve IPC practices.
• Supported 80 community case workers to work with high pediatric volume CTCs to trace HIV-positive OVC who miss appointments, enrolled 96% of them into the USAID Kizazi Hodari project, and linked them back to CTCs.
• Supported 80 community case workers to conduct HIV risk assessments for OVC during case management, and refer and link at-risk OVC to HIV Testing Counseling.
• Led the development of a service directory for health, nutrition, and HIV services in implementation areas, and updated the directory at least once a year.
• Submitted a timely update to the program coordinator for inclusion in quarterly, semiannual, and annual reports.
