Summary

Ephraim is one of the leading corporate and mining lawyers in Tanzania, having served as in-house Counsel for the largest mining company in Tanzania. He later joined one of the leading commercial law firms in Tanzania as a Senior Associate, rising to partner level before joining Msando Law Office.

Ephraim has an in-depth knowledge of mining and commercial laws, enabling him to advise on all aspects of mining regulations and transactional issues, including compliance, prospecting, mining rights applications, appeals, judicial reviews, contract mining agreements, and surface lease agreements.

Ephraim holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation (PGDT) from the Institute of Tax Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDL) from the Law School of Tanzania.   • Company statutory compliance matters such as overseeing the regularization of company secretarial records and updating company information on the new Companies’ Registry online registration platform.
