Project Overview: FIKIA+ Project funded by the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, CDC

• Managed supply chain function of the FIKIA+ project to realize project goal and objectives through technical and operation team's engagement
• Led the supply chain system strengthening processes across supply chain levels to ensure HIV/AIDS clients are fully benefited from the quality health care services for over 300 supported facilities in Geita and Mwanza regions
• Fostered collaborative engagement with the supply chain stakeholders across public and private sector ecosystem (Ministry of Health and Medical Stores Department)
• Provided technical assistance (virtually and face -to-face) to over 300 supported facilities to ensure continuous availability of health commodities - both pharmaceuticals, and laboratory supplies and reagents
• Restructured the inventory management that fosters smooth documentation across ICAP - warehouses to the products' last mile through introduction of tracking system on requests and deliveries across offices; and in - house and external transactions of supplies
• Designed an online bi - weekly supply chain reporting system for over 300 supported facilities to maximize logistics data visibility for decision making and improved quantification of over 15 program tracer commodities
• Participated in the development of the user cases and testing of the e-LMIS and Pharmacy Module Database integration for effective use of logistics data from the service delivery points (last mile)
• Designed the reporting templates and analytical (advanced excel) tools to support programmatic activities from Clinical partners at the supported councils in Mwanza and Geita

Project Overview: Walter Reed Program - Tanzania funded by WRAIR/US Department of Defense

• Maintained meaningful engagement and collaboration with stakeholders such as Interagency Technical Team through PEPFAR, PORALG, MoH, Regional and Council Authorities, Medical Stores Department, Private and Faith - based institutions, and Programs (NTLP and NASHCoP formerly NACP)
• Provided technical leadership and direction for the development and implementation of innovative strategies in procurement and program departments
• Acted as an internal consultant to accomplish the project on improvement of procurement cycle planning to support the category management structure within HJFMRI
• Coordinated pharmaceutical supply chain activities to foster supply management systems strengthening for over 400 supported facilities
• Prepared programmatic strategies, activities, budget, implementation plan as per donor requirements and PEPFAR - COP guidances for 2 program financial years (2022 and 2023)
• Fostered procurement technical expertise and guidance to HJFMRI's tender evaluation team to successfully accomplish the evaluation of bids for supplying program supported health commodities (medicines and supplies)
• Managed budget development and workplan implementation for pharmaceutical supply chain activities for 50+ sub - grantees receiving funds from HJFMRI
• Led a donor recommended assignment in writing and developing the project implementation roadmap towards project sustainability for the 5 years (2019 -2023) project
• Engaged in the development of Health Commodities Transition Guideline (Released in May, 2022), and its review in 2023
• Engaged in the designing, development and technical review of the IMPACT Approach Manual Volume 1 (Oct, 2020) and Volume 2 (March, 2023)
• Generated 4 abstracts and accepted for oral and poster presentation to showcase intervention's evaluation, best practices, Antimicrobial resistance and supply chain system resiliency during covid - 19 pandemic
• Participated in the 5 years' evaluation of designed logistics system implementation in Tanzania, and made critical inputs which have been featured in the e-LMIS 3.0

Project Overview: HIV & AIDS, Family Planning and TB funded by CDC, USAID, UNFPA and CIFF

• Coordinated supply chain management functions and operations across 4 projects supported by Global Fund, UNFPA, USAID and CDC and led to high performing supply chain metrics at all levels
• Led the technical team to prepare project quarterly narrative reports (stock language reports) as part of donor's requirement from 2018 - 2021
• Managed budget development and workplan implementation for pharmaceutical supply chain activities for 40+ sub - grantees receiving funds from AGPAHI
• Maintained collaboration and provision of supply chain technical assistance to over 400 supported facilities in the 6 supported regions serving over 250,000 people living with HIV
• Provided supply chain technical expertise to Ministry of Health on down - stream field experiences as one of the technical members of the Redesigned Logistics System Committee since appointed April, 2020
• Engaged in the Grant Proposal Development for the AGPAHI's Boresha Project implemented from 2016 - 2021, the $40+ million project per year with Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) under PEPFAR
• Innovated the Supply Chain Monitoring System; an e-LMIS intervention addressing the challenges in handling supply chain information and data processing at AGPAHI in 2016

Project Overview: HIV & AIDS, Family Planning and TB funded by CDC, USAID, UNFPA and Children's Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), UK

• Led the implementation and monitoring of organization's logistics and supply chain plans by leveraging technical skills to enhance supply chain system performances
• Achieved full compliance with the required national procurement of health commodities and overall pharmaceutical management procedures by proactively provision of professional guidance
• Maintained solid supply chain stakeholders' engagement and relationship across 2 supported regions, national level and donor community (USAID and CDC)
• Designed the program's pharmaceutical management and supply chain tools for technical assistance provision to the supported facilities.

Project Overview: AIDS Relief (Consortium Based Project) and LEAD Project funded by HRSA and CDC

• Championed rationally management and consuming of distributed HIV/AIDS commodities by efficient coordination of AIDS Relief Project responsibility in Tanzania taking National Guidelines into account
• Coordinated pharmaceutical management and supply chain management for over 200 supported facilities' capacity building programs, forecasting of health commodities, tracking inventory and monitoring HIV/AIDS commodities consumptions
• Analyzed program indicators and provided supply chain innovative solutions which improved program indicators and performances
• Generated monthly and quarterly performance reports which maintained effective documentation of all projects under supply chain and procurement portfolio

Overview: District Pharmacist position funded by Government of Tanzania and GIZ

• Established and coordinated the logistics systems for all vertical program commodities (Malaria, ARVs, NCDs and Vaccines) as it was the newly established council in the region
• Maintained the consistency availability of health commodities and supplies at the facilities for provision of quality health services
• Supported the Procurement Management Unit (PMU) at the council for effective procurement of safety and quality health commodities
• Maintained good communication with supply chain stakeholders in the region; namely, Medical Stores Department, JSI through PFSCM Project, Health Commodities Suppliers, National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) and GIZ - as an international partner for health commodities at the council
• Acted in the position of Council Health Secretary to maintain and oversee all health activities and budget within the health department for over 6 months
• Led the piloting of geographical mapping of pharmacies and accredited drugs dispensing outlets (ADDO) using Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinated by National Malaria Control Program at Ministry of Health
