Working as Technical Advisor -Linkage and Retention & Faith Community Initiative with HJFMRI-T an International Non-Government Organization overseeing Mbeya, Songwe, Katavi and Rukwa regions, to fight HIV epidemic. Profound experience with over 5 years in project management, implementing, and strengthening of HIV care and treatment, technical assistance, Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives, comprehensive supportive supervision, coaching, and mentorship in PEPFAR funded HIV/AIDS and TB Programs. Other area of professional experience includes design and implementation of recording, reporting tools, guidelines, and systems to effectively monitor and evaluate maternal, child health, Small and Sick Newborn program activities, provision of support to stakeholders, community Implementing Partners, and Regional teams in the work planning development, implementation, and review of the HIV comprehensive care & treatment services and its components of PEPFAR Country Operational Plan for both Program priorities and Tanzania. Conduct technical review of the priorities, requirements, and statement of work (SOW) for cooperative agreement of HIV Program implementation across 4 supported regions with, skills and notable relationship with the Ministry of Health and Regional and Council Health management teams (R/CHMTs), planning, coordination, learning, and Quality Strengthening Interventions at the Health Facility level. Passionate about my work and enjoys working with HIV/AIDS program organization to improve public health issue among less privileged communities.
