- Serve as the primary technical expert and contact HJFMRI strategic planning activities, and an expert national resource on linkage, retention, and HIV management co-morbidities at the organizational, WRAID/DoD, the government of Tanzania Ministry of Health, Regional and Facility Levels

- Conducted Quality Improvement (QI) assessment and analysis on the (Quality Improvement) QI Teams availability and functionality, where by 95% were available and inactive in Rukwa and Katavi Region.
- Revived and activated Quality Improvement (QI) teams in 71 supported facilities in Rukwa and Katavi Regions in a period of 16 months which were inactive.
- Established and maintained the formation of 2 Regional Quality Improvement (QI) Teams and 9 District council Quality Improvement Teams both in Katavi and Rukwa Regions.
- Successfully trained and maintained a database of 120 Quality Improvement (QI) Mentors in Rukwa and Katavi Regions.
