Experienced specialist in network Architecture, infrastructures, assurance, and security with a revealed history working with the Mining Industry, Banking, and telecommunications, holding a Cisco Certified Specialist-Enterprise Core and a bachelor’s degree in computer science. Currently, I am working with Tembo Nickel as IT Coordinator, I also worked with Airtel Tanzania, as an Infrastructure Engineer, the National Bank of Commerce (NBC), as a Network Support Engineer, Tanzania National Services (JKT), and TMJ Hospital as a Network Support and IT Officer, then Power computers and Telecommunication Company as Web-based system programmer, National Microfinance Bank (NMB) and Mwanga district council as part of my practical field training.

  • To carry out network administration, performance tuning, and capacity planning to continually assess the installation to ensure it is appropriate for current and planned developments, making recommendations for change
  • Tembo Nickel’s End User Computing Component Inventory and Lifecycle i.e., IT Asset Management (ITAM)
  • Lead disaster recovery initiative from an infrastructure perspective, including documenting recovery procedures for all critical components
  • Coordination with department heads in resolving technology issues
  • Enforcing technology policies and standards across the organization
  • Day-to-day management of IT operations at the camp
  • Monitor network and Communication equipment, including the VPN tunnel between the head office and Kabanga
  • Train technology and other staff in technology-oriented systems and issues
