Executed large-scale onshore industrial and modular fabrication projects supporting offshore developments.

Delivered over 7,000 tons of steel fabrication and executed approximately 1,000 tons of module erection, including:

• Arctic LNG 2 – GBS Modules (offshore modules fabricated in onshore yard conditions)
• Ust-Luga Gas Processing Plant (Onshore) (pipe supports, tanks, piperacks)
• I-CITY High-Rise Project (Onshore) (steel structure building)

Responsibilities:

• Led and coordinated steel structure and piping fabrication and erection activities across workshop and site; ensured execution through planning and supervision of engineering, inspection, and site teams.
• Managed subcontractor activities including technical coordination, workforce direction, and monitoring of production performance.
• Monitored progress through man-hours, KPIs, and productivity metrics; reported structured performance data to senior management.
• Planned and optimized workforce allocation to ensure alignment with project schedule and efficient resource utilization.
• Proactively managed operational constraints (materials, equipment, engineering deliverables, permits); ensured continuous workflow by aligning long-lead material tracking with project schedule.
• Contributed to tendering activities including MTO preparation, consumable calculations, equipment capacity evaluation, and development of man-hour-based budgets and fabrication schedules.
• Managed documentation requirements from project initiation through handover; coordinated document control and ensured timely and complete final documentation.
• Maintained technical communication with client representatives; coordinated document submissions, revisions, and approval processes.
• Ensured fabrication and erection processes complied with ITPs, technical specifications, project procedures, contractual requirements, and international standards.
• Developed method statements and quality procedures at project initiation; ensured readiness of consumables, welding procedures (PQR), welder certifications, and equipment prior to execution.
• Supervised welding activities including WPS, PQR, WPQ implementation; coordinated VT and NDT inspection processes for piping and welded structures.

Project: Amur Gas Processing Plant (GAZPROM)
Pipe Welding Scope: 1,100,000 WDI (Field) / 700,000 WDI (Shop)

Responsibilities:

• Managed QA/QC processes for piping fabrication and welding activities within the fabrication shop, including in-process inspections, visual welding inspections, and final QC release coordination.
• Led welder mobilization, training, certification, and qualification processes (WPQT, NAKS); managed and monitored performance of approximately 800 welders across site and workshop.
• Prepared and implemented WPS and PQR documentation; obtained client approvals and ensured full compliance of WPQ processes in accordance with ASME and GOST standards.
• Coordinated VT and NDT/DT inspection activities with third-party organizations; ensured timely execution of inspection and testing processes.
• Managed non-conformance (NCR) processes; conducted root cause analysis (RCA) and implemented corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); led monthly subcontractor meetings to review welding repair rates and performance.
• Managed QA/QC documentation processes including preparation and control of DWRs, RFIs, and spool release records.
• Prepared weekly and monthly quality and performance reports, including welding performance and repair rate analysis; reported findings to senior management.

Project: Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline (TANAP)

Responsibilities:

• Supported preparation of daily progress and equipment reports through collection and updating of site data.
• Assisted in organizing documentation related to subcontractor performance, material quantities, and interim payment processes.

Scope: LPG Cylinder Manufacturing

• Supported workshop manufacturing processes including forming, welding, heat treatment, coating, and testing; gained exposure to quality control practices and production operations.
