Private institutions' structures, I bring forward sustainable approaches and innovative strategies across technical areas in TB and HIV - care cascade and implementation for project management.

Tracked maternal retesting, EID, and PMTCT follow-up for continuity of care.

Executed systematic follow-up on missed appointments and treatment interruptions, documenting re-engagement outcomes.
Identified solutions to enhance reporting of linkage, referral, and retention indicators in national systems.
