Doris Gervace Masoy is a dedicated and results-oriented Project Officer with over seven years of experience in community mobilization, project management, and entrepreneurship training. A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and public Relations from the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (2013–2016), Doris has complemented her academic background with specialized training in dairy product value enhancement and safeguarding policies. Doris’s professional journey spans roles across various sectors. At Hand in Hand Eastern Africa, she mobilized communities to form over 100 Self-Help Groups, implemented multiple development projects, and strengthened entrepreneurship and Sexual Reproductive Health initiatives in Moshi and Arusha. At Tanzania Telecommunication Company Limited (TTCL), she worked as a Customer Care Representative, ensuring client satisfaction and efficient service delivery. At Acacia Mining PLC, she contributed as a Communication Officer, focusing on media analysis, corporate branding, and CSR initiatives. Her career highlights include successfully implementing major projects such as Gunvor, Founders, Climbing Out of Poverty, and Boeing IV. She spearheaded Sexual Reproductive Health practices in the Arusha Region significantly delivering comprehensive sexual reproductive health training to adolescents, focusing on HIV/AIDS awareness, menstrual hygiene, drug abuse prevention, and youth empowerment. Additionally, Doris played a key role in creating transformative value chain linkages in dairy farming, empowering communities to produce high-value products and enhance their livelihoods. With a strong foundation in needs assessment, training design, and sustainable development, Doris is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to address community challenges.
