More involvement with merchants with ref expire items, promo locations, multiple locations of products, modular planning to reduce risk., Secure supply chain-verifying PODs, documents, invoice matching, vendor thefts (DSD & DC) operational noncompliance and raising investigations if any discrepancies., Double cross check and audits on MRPs, price overrides ,under ringing ,multiple refunds, voids, shorts and longs, spot checks, apparel tagging ,soft tags, malicious label and price tag changes., Conducting audits on shelf availability, price changes on cross reference items, negative on hands, on hand changes, five week no item movement, binning ac-curacies., Investigating on store initiated markdowns, price overrides, refunds, voids, and under rigging's., Ensuring Cost and Retail dump under control and correct accounting under specified SOPs, Key control management, cash reconciliation and Bank Pick up process, Handling always Customer First and Customer Satisfaction, Analyzing Store EBITA and improve the Action plans for Loss Control, Conducting monthly training sessions to Employees& new joiners for Company SOP process., Preventive security of companies, assets (men, material, property and information technology) and control malicious shrinkage, thereby contributing towards profitability of company., Improve profitability of organization through prevention of malicious losses., Ensure secure and safe for all customers, visitors and staff members., To maintain relationship with all appropriate policy fire and civil agencies., Drive LOSS PREVENTION initiative policies across the store, Interface with the store operations team to create awareness about LP compliance, To prevent, detect and resolve all incidents of shoplifting transactional fraud internal/external malicious activities., Analyze, monitor, detect and investigate malicious discrepancies found in the cash, inventory and financial transactions, exchanges and reconciliation process in the assigned store., Effective usage of the security tads such as CCTV (Closed Circuit Television)., Liaise with security gadgets and operational at all the time liaise with IT/Facility Team for rectification of any faults., Track LP incidents and ensure their timely closure.
