On current position as RM-Business banking, Lake Zone I was the part of success for driving the number of volume and quality of the loan books to achievement of the Zonal KPI of the loans of TZS 590.42 Billion, and the good quality ratios compared to the target KPI I highly believe on the harvesting of the potentials with our clients on 360 Degrees ensuring that the monies and potentials are circulating through our network, to supplement the bank's motive on the efficacy of all our outlets. ACCOMPLISHMENTS Certificate of Proficiency in insurance: This helps to add the package to Bank assurance business where I am able to underwrite the various insurance risks and advice the customers wisely on the type of insurance which are relevant to their businesses. Advanced Diploma in Banking: This is certification of the program offered by Milpark University (South Africa) which highly changed my banking knowledge and experience, to add value on what I was understanding the banking processes and practices as well as the some more banking services and offerings and their standards. Skills and certifications from UDEMY learning platform: I am grateful the bank was having the learning platform that highly added value and was resourceful on the various aspects of banking and other fields as we had the free access for the facilities/courses and had the opportunity to test the knowledge after learning for some courses. The platform is very recommendable as has a lot of good banking and other courses that directly add value to our work.
