  • Inventory the laws, regulations and administrative acts (circulars) that govern cross-border trade in the DRC;
  • Produce a compilation of these legal instruments in the form of a code;
  • Translate this compilation into Swahili and French adapted to a public with a low level of education;
  • Produce a Vade-mecum of the cross-border trader which includes his rights and obligations;
  • Produce a document outlining all the advantages (exemptions) granted by the local, provincial or national administration to women small-scale cross-border traders because of their vulnerability for the facilitation and development of their activity;
  • Produce a succinct but exhaustive report of the consultancy
